Squishies are soft, slow-rising foam toys designed to be squeezed, squished, and stretched. They come in all shapes — food, animals, characters, and more. They're great for stress relief, fidgeting, collecting, or just being cute on your desk.

Our squishies are made from soft polyurethane foam. They are not intended for children under 3 years old as small parts can be a choking hazard. New squishies may have a mild foam smell — leave them in a ventilated area for a day or two and it will go away.

A mild scent is completely normal for new foam products. Just leave it out in a room with fresh air for 24–48 hours and the smell will fade. Do not microwave or heat your squishy.

Keep squishies away from sharp objects, direct sunlight, and extreme heat. If it gets dusty, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid getting the inside wet.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout.

Orders are processed quickly after purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best but can't guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

Standard shipping takes 2–4 weeks. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped tracked from our warehouse. See our full Shipping Info page for details by region.

Yes! All orders over CA$25 ship free. Orders under CA$25 have a flat CA$5.49 shipping fee.

Yes. Once your order ships, we'll update your order page with a tracking number. Visit your order link (e.g. squishies.fun/order/abc1234) to check the latest status.

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and Belgium. More countries coming soon!

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items. Visit our Returns page for full instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
