How to Return an Item

Contact us first
Send us a message at squishies.fun/contact with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours.

Ship it back
We'll provide a return address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.

Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

✓ Item is unused and in original condition
✓ Original packaging included (if possible)
✗ Items returned after 30 days
✗ Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Received a Damaged Item?
If your squishy arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video of the damage
We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the item back.
